Education and Designations
	My Bachelors of Science Degree was earned at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. The degree is in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Marketing. I graduated Magna Cum Laude, Latin for “with great praise."
	The Certified Residential Specialist is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. CRS is the PhD of real estate. It is your assurance that you're working with one of the top professionals in the business. Fewer that 5% of all real estate licensees have received the CRS designation.
	The Graduate REALTOR® Institute symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made a commitment to providing a superior level of professional services by earning the GRI designation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.
	This coveted designation has been awarded the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC). An agent must meet specific educational requirements and demonstrate experience in buyer representation that could be classified as “best-in-class” buyer services. With an Accredited Buyer Representative, you will be served, not sold. Your interests become my interests. As an ABR agent, I am dedicated to the business and have gone the extra mile to complete specialized training to assist home buyers.
	The Metrolist Certified Professional program prepares an agent to utilize the MLS productively and efficiently. As one of the most utilized tools in our industry, it is imperative that we maximize the value of this system for our clients. The power of the MLS is realized when an agent can provide accurate statistical information, trends and other information about listings.
	The e-PRO certification is an online training program to certify a real estate agent as Internet Professional. It is the only certification program of its kind recognized nationwide and endorsed by the National Association OF Realtors®. It assures that your agent is knowledgeable with current and cutting edge technology and can provide you with added leverage. The designation gives customer’s the confidence that an e-PRO graduate is savvy about the internet and can meet their client’s online needs.
	A Certified Distressed Property Expert is a real estate professional with specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry, and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. Through comprehensive training and experience, CDPE’s are able to provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today’s market, specifically short sales.

	For more than half a century, the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association, a non-profit trade association, has provided real estate professionals with resources to help them grow and prosper in their profession. The public recognizes members as the premier providers of real estate sales. SMDRA members are actively involved in their communities, and utilize networking opportunities through a weekly forum to market properties. The regulatory and legislative environment is REALTOR® friendly, and members practice in accordance with high professional standards.
	The Colorado Association of Realtors assists real estate agents state-wide by providing industry products and services, a legal hotline and state sponsored Home Programs. The association is involved with reviewing Fair Housing laws, conducting industry research and providing information regarding the political climate. They offer a Foreclosure Hotline, state housing statistics and much more for a Realtor to take advantage of to enhance their personal business strategies.
	The National Association of Realtors - The REALTOR® brand is one of the strongest and most recognized in the world. NAR benefits include informing the public of the importance of working with a Realtor and working closely with Congress to benefit the industry and consumers. NAR offers networking, technological resources, comprehensive research & analysis, and education designed to assist a Realtor with making smart business decisions, streamlining transactions, securing more business and boosting customer service.
