Pricing Your Home My goal is to understand your financial objectives, then together determine how to achieve the highest realistic market price for your home!
The critical decision: setting the optimum price. Homes sell quickly and usually for the most money when they are priced properly from the beginning. The price you ask will directly affect our success in selling your home. The buyer will determine how much he will pay based on comparable homes in the neighborhood which have recently sold. Buyers shop by comparison. As always, adjustments will be made for differences in location, condition, options, upgrades, street appeal, views and more.
The price at which you choose to market your property will be, at best, an estimate of what you think those “results” are likely to be once your home is placed on the market. To assist you in the selection of a pricing strategy, I will prepare a customized Competitive Market Analysis for you. Accurate statistical information will be provided to assist you in your decision making.

Some agents accept a listing at any price even if it’s an inflated price, just to get the listing.
